Rage Club

Rage club is about people waking up. It is about creating a culture of people who are able to say yes and no. Who have and hold boundaries so they can create a life and the relationships they want. It is about creating a team of people who are unreasonably committed to each other’s aliveness.

Rage Club is a revolutionary practice space for people to learn to collaborate with their own anger. Anger is a force of nature and a neutral source of information that can be used for destruction or creation. Learning to use anger consciously takes practice. Rage Club is the space.

I hold space for Rage Club in San Francisco, Sebastopol, online for 5-6 week sessions, and in 1 to 1 coaching spaces.

Conscious Feeling

I take a stand for people to live with more intimate connections and authenticity. One doorway to start living this kind of life is through conscious feelings. By relearning to feel, people begin to access these tremendous resources and discover that feelings are information for how they want to live their lives. They start moving from their authority and unfold into more vibrant, alive selves. This kind of living takes practice and time, but it is a journey where more of their being is available for connection, love, and for delivering their purpose.

Community Consulting

I want communities to work. For them to regenerate and evolve. I help communities develop foundations of shared values, commitment, clear levels of responsibility, and effective social technologies. So living together is about intimacy, creation, and collaboration and not about who is doing the dishes and taking out the trash.

I nourish the development of nano-nations, eco-villages, and communities where people can exit the profound loneliness of individualistic- modern culture. So people can create communities outside of patriarchal – racialized – consumerist- genocidal cultures. Where people’s anger for broken systems bears fruits of Next Cultures.

Sexuality Exploration

Sexuality can play a big part in deepening love and unfolding different dimensions of your being and your purpose. But in order to create, hold, and navigate a space of unfolding love and sexuality, there is first a journey of self-discovery. Of exploring sexuality beyond meeting physical needs or patriarchal survival strategies. I hold space for sexuality journeys so we can do this research in a team.

Kids Work

I take a stand for children to learn and play with love and spaceholding from adults who construct environments where learning happens, where feelings are discovered, felt, and expressed in all their forms, and where kids are not praised by their ability to sit, be quiet, and work independently, but are guided to move from their authority, create from their desires, to try new things, and to become aware of and learn from this giant feedback-generating-machine called Earth. For children to grow strong, capable bodies that are firmly rooted in nature, in connection within and across generations, and who are apprentices and collaborators in building a world that regenerates this planet.

I have a California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential and have worked in public elementary education for 8 years. I am available to hold professional development for educators in feelings work, consult on curriculum and classroom design to support student’s learning to feel and manage their emotions, and I hold group or 1 to 1 coaching for parents and educators to learn how to process their own feelings, so they can be more available and less reactive when showing up for their kids.

Next Culture Builder

I am Next Culture Builder and collaborator currently working to build a Transformational Eco-Village. I hold space for Bridge-Houses, a radical experiment in creating a Next Culture by living it. We live together; set a clear context, purpose, and relationship to responsibility; negotiate intimacy and relate with radical honesty; and transform as a team. I am looking for people who are ready to create the next project. If you are an experimenter or cultural creative who is ready to collaborate on Next Culture, connect with me.
